Nondiscrimination Clause. A. The Board and the Association agree that in matters concerning hours, wages and conditions of employment, they will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, height, national origin, gender, disability, age, marital or family status, military status, ancestry, genetic information, sexual orientation or any other legally protected category. B. Both parties agree that in matters of administration, as well as in the discharge of individual duties, and in the processing of grievances, neither party shall be arbitrary, capricious, or discriminatory.
