Basis of Employment. Employees may be employed on:
(a) an ongoing basis;
(b) a fixed term basis; or
(c) a casual basis.
Basis of Employment. Basis of employment for associates shall be 184 working days plus the agreed upon paid holidays. Basis for employment for Family Advocates shall be 200 working days plus the agreed upon paid holidays. 5 of the 200 working days shall be worked consecutively at the end and/or at the beginning of the new school year.
Basis of Employment. Basis of employment for associates and campus monitors shall be based on the academic year calendar. Basis of employment for secretarial/clerical employees shall be according to the job description (9.5 months, 10 months, 12 months) as determined by the Employer.

Basis of Employment. 11.1. The Committee may employ persons on a full time, regular part time, sessional (tutors and teachers only see clause 11.7), term time only (childcare workers only see clause 11.10) or casual basis. Fulltime and part time employees may also be engaged on continuing or fixed term basis.
11.2. On engagement, a full time or part time employee must, and where practicable a casual employee will, be given written notification by the Committee of:
11.2.1. the salary and classification of the position to which the employee is appointed.
11.2.2. the hours of duty and times of attendance. (All communication under this clause to Teachers and tutor/instructors will reference the hours of work teaching time/preparation ratio in clause 24.4.)
11.2.3. the terms and conditions of employment applicable to the employee.
11.2.4. a job description for the position, setting out the duties of and skills required for the position
Basis of Employment. Permanent LOCATION: This position is principally based at FPV’s Box Hill and Action Centre sites, however, in accordance with FPV’s state-wide role and service delivery priorities, you will be required to service other FPV’s locations as part of your duties and responsibilities.
Basis of Employment. 2.1.1 The Company shall employ the Executive and the Executive shall serve the Company and the Parent as President and Group Chief Executive Officer or in any other executive capacity of similar status as the Company and / or the Parent may reasonably require.
2.1.2 The Employment is deemed to have begun on the Commencement Date. For the purposes of continuity of service, the Executive’s employment with the Company began on 1 February 1985.
Basis of Employment. Employees under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories:
8.1 Employees engaged on a full-time basis, who work an average of 38 hours per week over a four week period;
8.2 Employees engaged on a part-time basis, who work on a regular ongoing basis, but who work less than an average of 38 hours per week over a four week period; and
8.3 Employees engaged on a casual basis shall have no ongoing expectation of regular or predictable hours of work.
8.4 The Employer and the Employee may agree to either:
(a) reduce the Employee’s hours of work from full-time to part-time; or
(b) increase the Employee’s hours of work from part-time to full-time.
