Nondiscrimination Clause. Section 1: The Board shall not discriminate against any support personnel employee on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, disability, sex, or marital status. Section 2: No employee shall be discriminated against by the Board of Education, Superintendent or any other administrative officer of the District or by any employee organization, it’s officers or member thereof because of his/her exercise or non- exercise of rights under this act. It shall be prohibited for an employee organization, employee or employer to impede, restrain or coerce an employee or employees in the exercise of the right guaranteed by sections 509.1 through 509.10, School Laws of Oklahoma.
