Nondiscrimination Rules. If the Plan Administrator determines that there is non- compliance with any nondiscrimination rules required by the Internal Revenue Service, the Plan Administrator may take action to ensure compliance. These actions may include modification of elections by highly compensated employees, key employees, or other participants, or modifications of Employer contribution amounts.
