Nondiscriminatory Interconnection. Interconnection provided by GTE shall be equal in quality to that provided by GTE to itself or any subsidiary, Affiliate or other person. “Equal in quality” means the same or equivalent technical criteria and service standards that a Party uses within its own network and, at a minimum, requires GTE to design interconnection facilities to meet the same technical criteria and service standards that are used within GTE’s network.
