Nonsafety Employees. City-provided vehicles for nonsafety department heads may be used in one of the methods described below: a. Use of City-provided vehicle will be restricted to business and commuting purposes; or b. Unlimited use of City-provided vehicle is permitted, provided the department head: (1) Pays to the City $.06 per mile for every mile driven in excess of 15,000 annually; (2) Confines use of the vehicle to the greater Southern California area; and (3) The City-provided vehicle is not used on personal vacations.
