Common use of Normal Business Hours Clause in Contracts

Normal Business Hours. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease or by written notice from the Landlord to the Tenant, Normal Business Hours for the Building shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding days which are not Business Days.

Normal Business Hours. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Lease or by written notice from the Landlord to the Tenant, Normal Business Hours hours of operation for the Building shall be are Monday through Fridays from 6:00 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., but excluding those days which that are not nationally recognized holidays (the "Normal Business DaysHours"). Tenant shall have access to the Premises 24 hours per day, seven days per week, every day of the year.

Tenant shall have twenty-four (24) hour access to the Building and its Premises, subject to the Landlord's Rules and Regulations regarding Building security and card key access.
