Normal Tour. a. Except for Operating employees, a tour for full-time em- ployees shall be considered as consisting of two (2) ses- sions, each of which shall not be less than three (3) hours, nor more than five (5) hours in length, exclusive of overtime periods. When the nature of the employee’s assignment requires constant attention at the post of duty, the tour is assumed to be divided into two (2) sessions.
