NORTHWEST FAIR CONTRACTING INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE. 8.1.1. The Employer agrees to deduct from the net pay (after taxes) of each employee performing work covered by the terms of the agreement a sum as listed in Schedule "A" for each hour worked and remit same to the Northwest Fair Contracting Industry Improvement Committee. Contributions will be made on the same form as the Health and Security payments.
