Not Exceed Floor Loads. Place a load on any floor in the Premises, or in any area of the Building, exceeding the floor load per square foot which such floor was designated to carry; or install, operate or maintain therein any heavy item or equipment except in such manner as to achieve a proper distribution of weight.

Not Exceed Floor Loads. Place a load on any floor in the interior delivery system, if any, or in the premises exceeding the floor load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry, or install, operate or maintain therein any heavy item of equipment, except in such manner as to achieve a proper distribution of the weight.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • ADJACENT EXCAVATION-SHORING 32. If an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to the demised premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the demised premises for the purpose of doing such work as said person shall deem necessary to preserve the wall or the building of which demised premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations without any claim for damages or indemnity against Owner, or diminution or abatement of rent.

  • LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Building, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs.   • Multi-Tenant Floors If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant’s identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s then-current Building standard signage program.
