Security Guards. Uniformed employees of the Company designated as Security Guards, whether full time or part time, who are assigned to a client work site for purposes of providing guard services, including but not limited to, the monitoring of entry and exit; ensuring security and protection of property and building; carrying out standing orders; crowd control; carrying out duties specifically pertaining to the client's contract; enforcing Provincial and Federal statutes; reporting of incidents; public and client relations; and other duties normally associated with security guard services, including strike duties where required.

Security Guards. Should The Client require additional security, this is available at an extra charge. This should be liaised with The Hotel and indicated in writing to The Hotel Security Manager and General Manager.
Security Guards. The Employer shall provide security guards at those work locations where it is necessary to do so. The parties agree that this subject shall be reopened for negotiations at the request of either party with thirty (30) calendar days notice any time after three (3) months after the effective date of this Agreement.

Security Guards. 7.2.4.1 In cases of work stoppages, whether called primarily by Local 809 or in sympathy with other Union Locals, security personnel shall be granted dispensation to enter or secure, on a daily basis, any and all buildings owned, leased, or operated by the Quincy Public School District for the purpose of securing such buildings from vandalism or other damage. Security Guards. (1) Hours of work for regular full-time Security Guards shall be scheduled so that: (a) In every seven (7) day period, security guards will work five (5) consecutive days followed by two (2) consecutive days of rest; the security guard will be placed on a full 24 hour seven day rotation of days, evenings, midnights and will be provided with a set permanent schedule of days of rest upon hire. (b) On a daily basis, employees work (8) hours inclusive of a paid meal break of one-half (½) hour.
