Notice and Evidence Requirements – Personal Leave. (a) For three single day absences per year, the Doctor will not be required to provide any supporting evidence to substantiate their claim for personal leave. However, to be eligible for payment, the Doctor will be required to notify the Health Service two hours before the start of the shift, or as soon as practicable (which may be the time after the leave has started).
