NOTICE AND INSPECTION. If you believe the product may qualify for warranted defects, you may return the product, along with dated proof of purchase, to Ace Sign Company, 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 WARRANTY SERVICES: Prior to returning any product, the Purchaser is required to secure an RMA from Company for the return. All products must be packaged in suitable shipping container(s) and addressed to the Ace Sign Company representative who authorized the return. Shipments must be insured for an appropriate value (or Purchaser will assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment). Purchaser shall prepay all shipping charges.

  • Records and Inspection The LLC shall maintain at its place of business the Articles of Organization, any amendments thereto, this Agreement, and all other LLC records required to be kept by the Act, and the same shall be subject to inspection and copying at the reasonable request, and the expense, of any Member.
