Warranty Services means such maintenance, repair and other services that are required to be provided in order to reinstate the Goods and/or the Installation or any part thereof to the standards of performance, and/or to provide the Services to standards, that are in accordance with, and as detailed in the Contract.

• Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement, (a) LGE shall cease to provide Warranty Services to Customer save for any Warranty Services which it had already commenced; (b) any amounts of indebtedness owing by either party shall immediately become due and payable.

• If the Warranty Services are interrupted by reason of Force Majeure Event for a period of two (2) weeks or longer, LGE shall have the right to terminate part or all of this Agreement by giving Customer at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice.

• If upon inspection LGE determines, at its sole discretion, that Warranty Services are not applicable, Customer will be billed for the replacement Product.

• Once defective Product is received by LGE, LGE shall validate that the Product is in fact defective and eligible for Warranty Services.

More Definitions of Warranty Services

Warranty Services means the warranty services for Devices referred to in the Deed of Standing Offer, and

Warranty Services means the Warranty Services to be provided by the Contractor in respect of each Warranty Item as specified in the Contract including without limitation Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications. “Warranty Spare Parts” means in respect of the first Vessel to be delivered, spare parts (excluding the items listed in Part 2 of Schedule 1) to be supplied by the Contractor as part of the Warranty Services or otherwise under its obligations as specified in the Technical Specifications including the same set of items as listed in Schedules 6 and 7 in Part V for one (1) Vessel and in the same quantity as installed on one (1) Vessel to be maintained by the Contractor’s local agent in Hong Kong pursuant to Paragraph1.11 of Annex 1 to Part VII and complying with the specifications as stated in that paragraph. “Warranties” has the meaning given to it in Clause 19.2 of this Part IV. “Work” or “Services” means all work to be performed by the Contractor including(a) all those work to ensure that the Vessel, the Equipment and the Deliverables to be delivered to the Government comply with the Overall Specifications, and pass the Technical Acceptance and Delivery Acceptance; (b) the Warranty Services; and (c) the Guarantee Slipping. “working day” means Monday to Friday other than a public holiday (as defined in the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) or a day on which Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions” announced by the Government is/are in force, for any duration during 9:00 to 17:00in Hong Kong.

Warranty Services means services that are provided under this Hardware Warranty to remedy a problem with a Hardware Product; and

Warranty Services. During the warranty period, Airspan provides warranty Services without charge for Products supplied under this Agreement to correct Products defects or to bring it up to conformance with the Specifications set forth in this Agreement. Warranty Services to be provided by Airspan are further described in Annex "G" hereof.
