Notice before disconnection. Except in cases of emergency or where required to do so at the direction of State or Federal police, the Distributor must not disconnect a customer’s connection point where the customer: (a) fails to comply with its obligations under the customer's connection contract to provide access to the premises; or (b) has provided false information; or (c) uses electricity illegally; or (d) uses electricity for a purpose not allowed by the customer’s tariff or charge; or (e) requests to be disconnected, unless it has first notified the Retailer.
