Notice by First Class Mail. Within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the Class List, the Settlement Administrator shall mail the Short Form Class Notice to the Class Members via postcard. No later than ten (10) calendar days following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Short Form Class Notice and Long Form Class Notice shall be posted on the Settlement Website by the Settlement Administrator.

Notice by First Class Mail. Within twenty-one (21) days after 8 receipt of the Settlement Class List, the Settlement Administrator shall mail a class notice to the 9 Settlement Class via first-class regular U.S. mail (“Class Notice”). The Settlement Class will have 10 forty-five (45) days from the mailing of the Class Notice to opt-out of or object to the Class 11 Settlement (“Opt Out/Objection Period”).
