For Client, the correct first-class mailing address is: the address provided by You in the signature block of this Agreement and sent to the attention of the person that signed this Agreement for Client. Unless a Party provides a more current first-class mail address to serve for receipt of Notice, the other Party is authorized to continue using the most recent mailing address provided for that purpose.

Notice by First Class Mail. Within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the Class List, the Settlement Administrator shall mail the Short Form Class Notice to the Class Members via postcard. No later than ten (10) calendar days following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Short Form Class Notice and Long Form Class Notice shall be posted on the Settlement Website by the Settlement Administrator.
Notice by First Class Mail. Within twenty-one (21) days after 8 receipt of the Settlement Class List, the Settlement Administrator shall mail a class notice to the 9 Settlement Class via first-class regular U.S. mail (“Class Notice”). The Settlement Class will have 10 forty-five (45) days from the mailing of the Class Notice to opt-out of or object to the Class 11 Settlement (“Opt Out/Objection Period”). Prior to mailing, the Settlement Administrator will 12 perform a search based on the National Change of Address Database information to update and 13 correct for any known or identifiable address changes and, if necessary, perform reasonable skip- 14 tracing efforts to locate employees. If a new address is obtained by way of a returned Class 15 Notice, the Settlement Administrator shall promptly forward the original Class Notice to the 16 updated address via first-class regular U.S. mail indicating on the original Class Notice the date of 17 such re-mailing.
