Settlement Class List definition

Settlement Class List means a list of each Settlement Class Member’s full name, current or last known address, and personal email addresses where known, which Defendant or Defendant’s agent shall provide to the Settlement Administrator within seven (7) days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.

Settlement Class List means all individuals making up the Settlement Class and who are identified by first and last name on Exhibit B, attached hereto.

More Definitions of Settlement Class List

Settlement Class List means the list generated by Premera containing the last known name and mailing address for all persons that fall under the definition of the Settlement Class, which Defendant will provide to the Settlement Administrator no later than thirty (30) days following the date of the Preliminary Approval Order.

Settlement Class List means the list of individuals falling within the Settlement Class.

Settlement Class List means the class notice list furnished to Class Counsel by the Defendant after the date of preliminary approval. The Settlement Class List shall be updated as provided in Paragraph 42 (the "Updated Settlement Class List").
