Settlement Class List means all individuals making up the Settlement Class and who are identified by first and last name on Exhibit B, attached hereto.
Settlement Class List means the list of the names and current or last known address information for Settlement Class Members based on Defendants’ records, to the extent reasonably available, which Defendants shall provide to the Settlement Administrator within seven (7) days of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order subject to Settlement Administrator signing any Business Associate Agreement requested by Defendants.

More Definitions of Settlement Class List
Settlement Class List means the class notice list furnished to Class Counsel by the Defendants after the date of preliminary approval. The Settlement Class List shall be updated as provided in Paragraph 42 (the “Updated Settlement Class List”).
