Common use of Notice of a Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of a Meeting. Notice of a meeting called pursuant to Section 8.01 shall be given to the Members in writing by mail or other means of communication in accordance with Section 13.02. The notice shall be deemed to have been given at the time when deposited in the mail or sent by other means of communication. Attendance of a Member at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except where a Member attends the meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting is not lawfully called or convened.
