Notice of an Administrative. Initiated Transfer shall be given to Teachers as soon as practical, and except in cases of emergency, not later than June 1. The Teacher shall be provided a statement of specific reasons for the transfer. If the teacher is unsatisfied with the statement of specific reasons for the transfer, the Teacher may appeal to the Superintendent. The Superintendent may choose the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services as his/her designee.
