Notice of Arrest. As a condition of employment, each employee shall: abide by the terms of 23 this article, and; notify the appropriate director, principal or supervisor of any criminal drug statute 24 conviction for a violation occurring on the premises of the Xxx County School Board, at the 25 workplace, or during the conduct of any official activity related to the Xxx County School Board 26 no later than five (5) days after conviction.
