Notice of Bond Elections. The District Board shall keep the Network informed, on behalf of itself and each School, of any District Board meeting at which it considers a proposed District General Obligation Bond Elections for District capital construction needs, in accordance with the requirements set forth in CRS § 22-30.5-404, or a proposed mill levy for the purpose of financing capital construction in accordance with CRS § 22-30.5-405.

Notice of Bond Elections. The District Board shall provide the School with advance notice of any District Board of Education meeting at which it considers a proposed District General Obligation Bond Elections for charter capital construction needs, in accordance with the requirements set forth in CRS § 22-30.5-404, or a proposed mill levy for the purpose of financing capital construction in accordance with CRS § 22-30.5-405.
