Notice of Change in Address or Name. Xxxxx City shall provide the Owner Participant, the Owner Lessor, the Owner Manager and, so long as the Lien of the Lease Indenture has not been terminated or discharged, the Lease Indenture Trustee and the Security Agent, prompt written notice of any anticipated change in its jurisdiction of organization, chief executive office, principal place of business, or name, or the place where it maintains its business records concerning the Facility and the Operative Documents, which notice shall, in any event, be provided no later than 30 days prior to such change.
