NOTICE OF COVID. 19 RISK The worldwide spread of COVID-19, a respiratory disease caused by a novel strain of coronavirus, has led to a public health crisis. Georgia College & State University (“University “) aims to deliver campus housing while protecting the health and safety of our students and minimizing the potential spread of COVID-19 and other disease within our community. With this priority in mind, the University is working in tandem with public health officials to make informed public health decisions that will impact your campus housing experience during the 2022-2023 academic year. Because of the uncertainty of COVID- 19, University housing policies, procedures, and guidelines may evolve throughout the year to minimize the risks posed by COVID-19.

  • Notice of Schedule For any NEO that takes place on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall be responsible for providing annual notice to the Union. For NEOs that are not offered on a regular, recurring schedule, the sponsoring Department shall provide no less than ten (10) business days’ notice. Said notices shall be provided by email, to the Union NEO Coordinator. This requirement shall apply to all NEOs in which City personnel provide newly-hired employees with information regarding employment status, rights, benefits, duties, responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.

  • Notice of lay off shall not apply where the Employer can establish that the lay-off results from an act of God, fire or flood.

  • Notice of Changes If a Party makes a change in its network which it believes will materially affect the interoperability of its network with the other Party, the Party making the change shall provide at least ninety (90) days advance written notice of such change to the other Party.
