Notice of Disciplinary Action. a. After considering the employee’s response to the Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action or after the five (5) working day response period, the Charter School Administrator or his/her designee, may impose any level of disciplinary action against the employee by serving the employee with the Notice of Disciplinary Action. b. The Notice of Disciplinary Action shall include a card or paper entitled “Request for Hearing.”
