Common use of Notice of Enrollment Options Clause in Contracts

Notice of Enrollment Options. At the School’s request, the Sponsor shall provide to parents and the general public information about the School as an enrollment option within the district in which the School is located to the same extent as the district in which the School is located provides and publicizes information about all public schools in the district. The Sponsor and the School shall mutually agree upon the content of the information to be provided and the manner in which such information will be provided. The School shall notify the Sponsor of its enrollment procedures and dates of its enrollment period no less than sixty days before the first day of its enrollment period, and the School shall make the request for the Sponsor to provide information to parents and the general public at least thirty (30) days before such information is to be provided.
