Notice of Expiration Date. The Issuer shall give to each Holder notice of the Expiration Date. Such notice may be given by the Issuer not less than 30 days but not more than 60 days prior to the Expiration Date; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that if the Issuer fails to give timely notice, the Expiration Date will be extended to the date which is 30 days after the day on which such notice is given.
Notice of Expiration Date. The Company will give notice of the Expiration Date to all Holders of the then outstanding Warrants, not less than 90 and not more than 120 days prior to the Expiration Date.

Notice of Expiration Date. The Company shall provide the holder of this Warrant with written notice of its expiration no more than 45 days before April 1, 2016, and this Warrant shall not expire until the later of (i) April 1, 2016 or (ii) the 30th day after the date such notice of expiration is given to the holder by the Company.
Notice of Expiration Date. All Warrants that have not been exercised or purchased in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement shall expire and all rights of holders of such Warrants shall terminate and cease on the Expiration Date. The Company agrees to notify each holder of Warrants, not less than forty-five (45) days but not more than one hundred twenty (120) days, prior to the Expiration Date in writing, of the Expiration Date and that, on the Expiration Date, all Warrants remaining unexercised shall expire and all rights of holders of such Warrants shall terminate and cease.
Notice of Expiration Date. In the event that Holder has not exercised all of this Warrant, sixty (60) days prior to the Expiration Date, the Company shall send Holder notice in accordance with Section 5.5 above of (a) the fair market value of one Share (or other security issuable upon the exercise hereof) as determined in accordance with Section 1.3 above, and (b) the Expiration Date. In the event that the Company fails to comply with this Section 5.8, the Expiration Date shall be extended by a number of days sufficient that Holder will at all times have received the 60-day notice period contemplated by this Section 5.8 prior to the Expiration Date..

Such notice may be given by the Company not less than 30 days but not more than 60 days prior to an Expiration Date; provided, however, that if the Company fails to give timely notice, such Expiration Date will be extended to the date which is 30 days after the day on which such notice is given.
Notice of Expiration Date. This Warrant is exercisable, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time on or before the Expiration Date set forth above. The Company shall give Holder written notice of Holder’s right to exercise this Warrant in the form attached as Appendix 2 not more than 90 days and not less than 30 days before the Expiration Date. If the notice is not so given, the Expiration Date shall automatically be extended until 30 days after the date the Company delivers the notice to Holder.
Notice of Expiration Date of the rental agreement The Landlord on a date which is between three months and one month before the expiration date will inform the Tenant in writing about the date agreed in Article 1.5b on which the rental agreement will end.
