Notice of Intent to Open Negotiations. A. Either party to this Agreement desiring to negotiate a successor agreement shall notify the other party in writing no sooner than April 1, and no later than April 30 of the year in which this Agreement expires. Notification in writing from the Association shall be addressed to the Superintendent and from the Board shall be addressed to the Association President.
