Notice of Intent. Upon receipt of a request addressed to the bargaining unit member’s address of record, each member of the bargaining unit on an unpaid leave of absence shall notify the Superintendent in writing on or before April 1 of the year such leave expires of his/her intent not to return to active duty status.
