Common use of Notice of Intention Clause in Contracts

Notice of Intention. to enter into a Contract‌ 46.1 Upon award of the contract and Prior to the expiry of the Tender Validity Period the Procuring Entity shall issue a Notification of Intention to Enter into a Contract / Notification of award to all tenderers which shall contain, at a minimum, the following information: a) the name and address of the Tenderer submitting the successful tender; b) the Contract price of the successful tender; c) a statement of the reason(s) the tender of the unsuccessful tenderer to whom the letter is addressed was unsuccessful, unless the price information in (c) above already reveals the reason; d) the expiry date of the Standstill Period; and e) instructions on how to request a debriefing and/or submit a complaint during the standstill period;
