Notice of Layoff (Revised 2013). 1. The District shall give written notice to each employee subject to layoff or bumping. Notice shall be given at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the effective date of layoff. 2. The notice shall contain the effective date of layoff, displacement rights, if any, and reemployment rights.
