Notice of Policy Changes. The Board shall inform the Association of any revisions in educational policy, proposed or under consideration, which affects working conditions. The Association shall be given the opportunity to consult with the Board with respect to said matters prior to their adoption and/or general publication. A copy of Board minutes is to be given the President of the Association.
