Common use of Notice of Rates Clause in Contracts

Notice of Rates. Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the applicable Sterling Borrower and Sterling Lenders of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurocurrency Rate Loans upon determination of such interest rate. At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Sterling Borrower and Sterling Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Sterling Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Sterling U.S. Borrower and Sterling U.S. Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Sterling Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Sterling Euro Borrower and Sterling Euro Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Sterling Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify Lenders and the applicable Sterling Borrower and Sterling Lenders Borrowers of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Sterling Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Sterling Borrower Prologis and Sterling Lenders each Lender of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Sterling Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.
