Common use of Notice of Rates Clause in Contracts

Notice of Rates. Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each applicable Euro Borrower and Euro Lender of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurocurrency Rate Loans upon determination of such interest rate. At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro Borrower and Euro Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.

At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Administrative Agent shall notify the applicable Euro Sterling Borrower and Euro Sterling Lenders of any change in Administrative Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Euro Sterling Loans denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change.
