Common use of Notice of Rates Clause in Contracts

Notice of Rates. Yen Funding Agent shall promptly notify each applicable Yen Borrower and Yen Lenders of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurocurrency Rate Loans upon determination of such interest rate. At any time that Base Rate Loans are outstanding, Yen Funding Agent shall notify each applicable Yen Borrower and Yen Lenders of any change in U.S. Funding Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the Base Rate for Yen Committed Loan denominated in Dollars promptly following the public announcement of such change. At any time that ABR Rate Loans are outstanding, Yen Funding Agent shall notify each applicable Yen Borrower and Yen Lenders of any change in Yen Funding Agent’s “prime rate” used in determining the ABR Rate for Yen Committed Loans denominated in Yen promptly following the public announcement of such change.
