Notice of Reduction in Workload. Employees shall be given written notice of the effective date of any reduction in workload as soon as possible after the decision is made. The notice provided by the Employer shall include the reason(s) for the reduction and shall include language regarding privileges as indicated below. “Employees whose appointments have been reduced or who have not been reappointed may visit and use libraries with regular borrowing privileges, shall have full use of the University email system, One Card that has not been deactivated, and access to university-provided software normally available to Part-Time faculty.”
