Common use of Notice of Renewal Clause in Contracts

Notice of Renewal. 24:01 Either party hereto may give written notice to the other party within one hundred and fifty (150) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement of its desire to negotiate for the renewal of this Agreement. Negotiations for such renewal shall commence within thirty (30) days of notification or otherwise agreed to by the parties. 24:02 Any notice given under this Agreement shall be deemed given and received as of the business day immediately following the date of mailing.
