Common use of Notice of Reopener Clause in Contracts

Notice of Reopener. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed from 21 year to year and shall be binding for additional periods of one year unless either 22 the Employer or the Association gives written notice to the other of its desire to 23 open negotiations for a new agreement not less than ninety (90) days nor more 24 than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the aforesaid expiration date.
