Notice of Returned ACH Entries. AB&T shall notify Customer, Customer’s Administrator, or Customer’s User who transmitted the ACH Entry, in person or by electronic or voice mail of such return no later than one (1) business day after the business day of such receipt by AB&T. AB&T shall have no obligation to re-transmit a returned entry if AB&T complied with the terms of this Agreement and NACHA Operating Rules with respect to the original ACH Entry.
