Notice of Returned ACH Entries. We will notify you either by phone, FAX, electronic transmission or by mail, at our discretion, of the receipt of a returned Entry from an ACH Operator no later than one Banking Day after the Banking Day of such receipt. Except for an Entry retransmitted by you in accordance with the ACH Rules, we will have no obligation to retransmit a returned Entry to the ACH Operator if we complied with the terms of this Agreement with respect to the original Entry.
