Notice of Security Assignment. In the case of an Asset subject to an Asset Operating Lease or Finance Lease, the Security Trustee shall have received a Notice of Security Assignment substantially similar to the form set forth in schedule 11 to the Security Agreement, or such other form that is reasonably acceptable to the Security Trustee notifying the Lessee of the security interest of the Security Trustee in the relevant Lease (which form shall be reasonably acceptable if substantially similar to a Notice of Security Assignment previously provided pursuant hereto); provided that the Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain an acknowledgement from the Asset Lessee or Loan Asset Borrower, as applicable, to such Notice of Security Assignment.
