Notice Requirement. (a) In the event that any termination of this Agreement is based upon the provisions of Article VII, such prior written notice shall be given in advance of the effective date of termination as required by such provisions.
(b) In the event that any termination of this Agreement is based upon the provisions of Sections 10.1(b) - (d), 10.1(g), 10.1(h) or 10.1(g) - (i10.1(m), prompt written notice of the election to terminate this Agreement for cause shall be furnished by the party terminating the Agreement to the non-terminating parties, with said termination to be effective upon receipt of such notice by the non-terminating parties.
