Common use of Notice/Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Notice/Scheduling. The member shall be provided with a written notice of the charges, and the date, time, and location of the conference. Such notice shall be given to the member at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of the conference. A bargaining unit member shall suffer no loss in pay for attending a predisciplinary conference conducted during his regular work hours.
