Notice to and Order of Bump. After an employee is notified that she/he will be laid off, the employee must notify the Employer within five (5) working days of their intent to exercise their right to bump. The employee shall receive the rate of pay for the position bumped into. After an employee is bumped, she/he in turn will be allowed to bump in the above stated manner and provisions until an employee is subsequently laid off.
