Common use of Notice to Association Clause in Contracts

Notice to Association. When any written disciplinary action is received 15 by the Human Resources Department that affects any member of the bargaining unit, 16 a copy will be forwarded to the Association within three (3) working days of receipt 17 thereof, unless the affected nurse specifically objects.
