Common use of Notice to Bargain Clause in Contracts

Notice to Bargain. a) Where central bargaining is required under the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014, notice to bargain centrally shall be in accordance with Sections 31 and 28 of that Act, and with Section 59 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995.
