Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This agreement may be opened to collective bargaining by either party giving written notice to the other party on or after January 31, 2020, but in any event no later than midnight on February 28, 2020. (b) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28, 2020, both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section on February 28, 2020. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Vice President.

(c) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28to, 2020March 31, 2020 both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section on February 28March 31, 2020. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Vice President.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This agreement may be opened to for collective bargaining by either party giving written notice to the other party on or after January 31September 1, 2020, 2021 but in any event no not later than midnight on February 28midnight, 2020October 1, 2021. (b) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28October 31, 20202021, both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section on February 28October 31, 20202021 and thereupon Clause 29.3 of this article applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President or his/her designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Vice PresidentChief Administrative Officer.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (aA) This agreement Agreement may be opened to collective bargaining by either party giving written notice to the other party on or after January 31, 20202016, but in any event event, no later than midnight on February 28, 20202016. (bB) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28, 20202016, both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section Article on February 28, 20202016. (c) 2015 and thereupon Clause 31.3 of this Agreement applies. All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President of the Union and similar notices notice on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Vice PresidentHuman Resources Manager.

(b) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28June 30, 20202017, both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section clause on February 28June 30, 20202017. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Vice Presidentemployer designate.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This agreement may be opened to for collective bargaining by either party giving written notice to the other party on or after midnight January 311, 2020, but in any event no later than midnight on February 28, 20202022. (b) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28March 1, 2020, 2022 both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section on February 28the expiry of March 31, 20202022 and thereupon Clause 28.2 of this agreement applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer Commission shall be given by the Vice PresidentChief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Commission.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This agreement may be opened to collective bargaining by either party giving written notice to the other party on or after January 31December 31st, 20202019 1, 2024, but in any event event, no later than midnight on February 28January 31st, 20202020 1, 2025. (b) Where no notice is given by either party prior to February 28January 31st, 20202020 1, 2025 both parties shall will be deemed to have been given notice under this section on February 28January 31st, 20202020 1, 2025. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall will be given by the staff representative appointed by the President of the Union or their designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall will be given by the Vice PresidentGeneral Manager or their designate.
