Common use of Notice to Board Members Clause in Contracts

Notice to Board Members. The Authority may give Notice to a Board Member by: a) delivering it to that person; b) sending it by post to the usual residential address of that person or the alternative address (if any) nominated by that person for that purpose; c) sending it to the fax number or electronic address (if any) nominated by that person for that purpose; or d) any other means agreed between the Authority and that person.
