Common use of Notice to Data Subjects Clause in Contracts

Notice to Data Subjects. We will keep the Customer Data secure and confidential in accordance with the Data Processing Schedule, Section 3 (Confidentiality) of this Agreement and Our security and privacy policies. You confirm that You have notified any Data Subjects of, and that You have a lawful basis for, Our use of Customer Data to provide the Services to You, including Our use of AWS for storage of Customer Data in accordance with the AWS Customer Agreement.
