NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES AFFECTED. The notice mentioned in Article 6.02 and the information specified in Article 6.03 shall also be given to the faculty members who will be affected by the technological change.
NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES AFFECTED. At least 90 days before introducing a technological change, employees potentially affected by the intended change shall be notified of the impending change by the College and advised of any agreements reached under Article 14.4
