8.33.1 Subrecipient (that is, "Contractor") shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Lower Tier Subrecipient (that is, "Subcontractor") to notify and provide to its employees, information regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING the Federal Earned Income Credit Contractor must notify its employees, and will require each subcontractor to notify its employees, that they may be eligible for the Federal Earned Income Credit under the federal income tax laws. Such notice must be provided in accordance with the requirements set forth in Internal Revenue Service Notice No. 1015.
