Service Notice. 2 - 5 years 2 weeks 5 -10 years 4 weeks 10 -15 years 6 weeks over 15 years 8 weeks Notice must be provided in writing and submitted to (Named Manager). Nothing in this agreement shall prevent the giving of a lesser period of notice by either party where it is mutually agreed. In the event of your contract being terminated on the grounds of gross misconduct you will not be entitled to any notice.
Service Notice. The notice to be sent by the Reinsurer to the Policyholders of the Coinsured Policies in the form provided in the Services Agreement.
Service Notice. (a) Any notice which is required or permitted to be given by either party under this Lease shall be in writing and must be given only by certified mail, return receipt requested, by hand delivery or by nationally recognized overnight courier service at the addresses set forth below. Any such notice shall be deemed given on the date sent or deposited for delivery in accordance with one of the permitted methods described above. The time period for responding to any such notice shall begin on the date the notice is actually received, but refusal to accept delivery or inability to accomplish delivery because the party can no longer be found at the then current address, shall be deemed receipt. Either party may change its notice address by notice to the other party in accordance with the terms of this Section. The initial notice addresses for each party are set forth in the preamble on page 1 of this Lease.
(b) Except as otherwise provided by law, Tenant hereby appoints as its agent to receive service of all dispossessory or distraint proceedings and notices thereunder, and all notices required under this Lease, the person, from time to time, in charge of or occupying the Premises at the time of such proceeding or notice; and if no person be in charge or occupying the Premises, then such service of notice may be made by attaching the same to the front entrance of the Premises.
Service Notice. Any notice required or permitted to be given by this Contract shall be deemed given when personally delivered to recipient thereof or mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the appropriate recipient thereof, in the case of the Contractor, at the business address specified in its proposal, and in the case of the District, at XX Xxx 0000, Xx Xxxxxxx, XX, 00000, or at any other address which either party may subsequently designate in writing to the other party.
Service Notice. All (a) communications, agreements, notifications, acknowledgements, consents, click-throughs, transaction documents, electronic signatures, or other approvals to Dealers while utilizing or in the delivery of ReinventRV to Dealers; or (b) to Dealers about ReinventRV, updates to ReinventRV, updates to the Terms of Services, Privacy Policy, about the Fees, or any incurring of any additional Fees; will be made via electronic means, including but not limited to, e-mail, text messages, short message service (“SMS”), multimedia messaging service (“MMS”), web page notifications, in-app notifications, posting on the ReinventRV website, or otherwise through ReinventRV (collectively “Service Notice”). Dealer acknowledges and agrees that any such Service Notice shall satisfy any legal requirement that the Service Notice be in writing or delivered in a particular manner. Xxxxxx agrees to keep it account contact information current so that Dealer may receive any Service Notice.

Service Notice. The Customer may from time to time request the Supplier to provide a Service under this Agreement by submitting to the Supplier a request for that Service (“Service Notice”) that contains relevant details of:
(1) the type of Service;
(2) the date by which the proposed Service is required to commence;
(3) the proposed date of expiry of the Service; and
(4) any other relevant information required to provide the requested Service.
